結果月台門沒有票務員
票務員在跟司機抽菸聊天
也沒廣播 票務員也沒有在通知 也沒跑馬燈顯示車進站
然後車就開走了
這樣營運也太有問題

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買13:50的補位票，現場有兩排椅子給補位的人坐，因為後面一排當時坐滿了於是坐在前面第二排等候，結果讓補位上車時說要到後面一排站著排隊，那請問前一排的補位座椅為何不徹掉？或是像朝馬站給號碼不是比較不失公平性嗎？ 因為這樣只能重排再等一個小時，體驗非常糟糕
