2020/01/18 早上八點羅東往南港應該發車的班次取消,羅東及五結還有線上都沒有公告,在五結站打電話過去詢問,女票務人員只說八點我們取消了,你有預訂嗎?再次詢問八點二十班次,女票務人員只會說你沒預約的話,羅東站人很多你上不去,只能等9點。 請問你幹嘛設五結站點呀?你五結站有最新時刻表嗎?取消多少班次呀?你以為每個人跟你一樣閒哦? 一顆星都不值得給,搭了兩個月通勤,司機也一堆口氣不友善,開車方式常常急煞的也是家常便飯。

8/2 搭乘1751 梨山往宜蘭 13:30梨山站發車 車開到約在環山時和司機反應車內一名乘客全程都不戴口罩和嘔吐,司機有馬上停車請乘客戴口罩。但那位乘客身體有狀況又嘔吐(嘔吐時必需把口罩取下),且嘔吐時飛沫傳染加上車內密閉空間,我當下有建議司機應該要請嘔吐客在武陵農場下車,請武陵遊客中心人員判斷是否叫救護車載嘔吐客下山,而不是一路將嘔吐客開到宜蘭平地。但車開進武陵農場司機也毫無作爲甚至也沒量嘔吐客體溫。 且司機還對我說若我介意可以往後座...這是什麽提議??當下我回我已經座很後面了.... 這也就反應貴司職工人員危機反應遲鈍,讓乘客曝露危機環境中長達好幾小時。我會注意這個月新聞,若有新聞報出確診者和國光客運有關係我也會和1922反應這件事。(以上爲第一封申訴件內文) 回到宜蘭火車站我打給羅東站站長申訴此事,電話中有說明不樂見司機被惩處因爲最有問題是國光客運,公司有義務幫助司機員提升危機訓練素質。站長回覆有與司機了解過程,司機當下評斷只是單純暈車且我座在後面......我電話回:重點車上沒有ㄧ位乘客有醫師職照,何來判斷嘔吐客只是單純暈車?且座在後面就保證安全? 第二封申訴文有提到希望這2天國光客運有回覆,不然會向公路總局申訴,會向公路總局建議1751路線不動,但只砍國光賺錢的路線。

昨晚搭乘南港轉運站-羅東,今早電話詢問是否撿拾到遺失物(高鐵票券),小姐回覆態度極其敷衍,要告知乘車時間、地點和班次請她幫忙留意,結果她聽都不聽,又問一次掉什麼物品之後直接回覆「沒有」,乘客都打電話來詢問遺失物,沒有任何猶豫直接回覆沒撿到,請問真的有檢查嗎?也沒問我搭哪一班的車,連我的聯絡資訊都沒有留...搭了十幾年的車,第一次有問題要找服務人員,處理事情的方式很糟糕,是我不該對國光客運抱有期待。
