k	kna Peng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/10/16 今天原本預計在榮民醫院搭（竹東-台北）21:00班次的車，車來了向司機招手示意搭車，司機不理會，於是緊追在後不停招手，而且還颳風下雨很危險，結果最後等到22:30才上車，我們知道雨天司機們開車的辛苦，但也希望以後可以多留意。 2021/10/16 Today, I was expected to take a 21:00 bus at the Veterans Hospital (Zhudong-Taipei). The car came and waved to the driver for a ride. The driver ignored him, so he kept beckoning after him, and it was very dangerous because of wind and rain. In the end, we finally waited until 22:30 to get on the bus. We know the hard work of the drivers on rainy days, but we also hope that we can pay more attention to it in the future.

Y	Ying Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹東，是往新竹內灣、內山區橫山鄉/尖石鄉的必經城鎮，謝謝國光客運營運此路線。站內有化妝室/飲水機/飲料販賣機。雖然位置比較偏鄉，但旁邊就有7-11/全家，等車也不無聊。台北到竹東，刷悠遊卡155元，車程約2小時。 Zhudong is a must pass town to Hsinchu Neiwan in Hsinchu and Hengshan Township/Jianshi Township in Neishan District. Thank you Guoguang for operating this route. There is a powder room/water dispenser/drink vending machine in the station. Although the location is relatively rural, there is a 7-11/family next to it, and waiting for the car is not boring. From Taipei to Zhudong, take the Yoyo Card for 155 yuan and the journey takes about 2 hours.

The station is air-conditioned but there are not many seats. There are toilets and the service staff will guide passengers on the bus.
