誠品書店の1階にある吉田カバンの直営店のクラチカです。 日本ポーターのみを取り扱いしています。 2階には台湾ポーターもあります。 企画デザイン製造が全く違う2つのポーターを見比べて購入できるので便利です。
This is Kurachika, a directly managed store of Yoshida & Co., Ltd. on the 1st floor of the eslite bookstore. We only handle Japanese porters. There is also a Taiwan porter on the 2nd floor. 前幾天因為在IG上有看到一款側背包, 覺得很好看,剛好到信義區,所以就去位在信義誠品的櫃位看包包.進去時,剛剛好有其他客人,但男店員還是很親切的跟我打招呼,然後就說有看到喜歡的都可以試背,還要我不要客氣.所以我就直接問男店員我要找的側背包,他馬上跟我說店裡有一個,然後就跟他當下服務的客人說抱歉,請他等一下,他先拿給我試背,然後還跟我說他先服務另外一位客人, 要請我等一下.態度很客氣,當下覺得該店員真的服務很不錯. 後來前一位客人離開後,他馬上過來問我試背後的想法,另外也問我為何會注意到該款側背包,聊了一下,他也還跟我介紹其他包包款式或是小錢包及皮包,很詳細的跟我說有什麼特色或是跟其他款不一樣的地方.在現在的服務業,真的很少看到這麼熱心的店員,讓我猶如在日本消費一般.所以當下除了買側背包外還另外買了一個小錢包.付錢時還提醒我百貨的活動,幫我省下一點點錢. 所以我很推薦若喜歡日本製的porter包,真的可以去這家店看看,這裡的男店員真的還滿客氣的,態度也很好,會有一個不錯的購物經驗

我自己是一個非常堅持只買日本Porter的消費者,每年到日本去玩,我一定會買一個日本製的Porter給自己。 這次想說趁元旦當天,沒辦法到日本的本店買,那就到信義誠品Porter專賣店,彌補一下,算是一個新年的儀式感吧! 而且我在官方臉書知道有出新的皮夾,看了現貨的確是有質感的,自己也是喜歡的,就順口問一下店裡面目前有沒有什麼活動,想說剛好是聖誕跟元旦假期,或許店家本身或是信義誠品會有搭配活動。 不過,晚上值班的男店員一副好像我這位客人買不起,並且略帶高傲與不屑的語氣回覆說:我們店裡全年不打折哦! 這一句話真的完全澆熄了我的購買慾望了。 我真的覺得這位男店員很不聰明,不會觀察消費者。我都很懷疑你到底有沒有注意到其實我當天就是背著Yoshida Company Porter Tokyo Japan的包包走進你們的店裡面。 今天如果店員是用和善的語氣跟我說,先生不好意思哦,目前專櫃這邊或是信義誠品沒有特別優惠活動。希望沒有造成你的不便。 那麼說真的,即便台灣的價格比日本貴一點,我都覺得沒有關係,在疫情期間,出不了國,多那麼一兩千塊的小錢沒什麼,喜歡還是會買。 但是那個男店員的回話方式跟語氣,真的會讓一個再怎麼很有消費力的人即便想買,聽到那些話之後,就真的再也不會想在台灣的Porter店消費了。
