★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A step above the normal conveyor belt sushi, with the price premium to match. You get an hour to order from your booth, plenty of time to eat to your content. The ingredients are plenty fresh even with all the variety of dishes. Having the upper conveyor available to custom order lessens the frustration of your favorite dishes not coming up. The random gatcha add a fun element to the meal.
