Early Banana Pier

Banana Pier, formerly known as "Banana Shed", is located in Kaohsiung Harbor. In the early years, Taiwan's bananas were exported in large quantities, almost all of which were arranged by Kaohsiung Port. In order to store bananas, a double-layer banana shed was expanded at Pier 3. It is the only open dock in Kaohsiung. It was officially renamed "Banana Pier" in 2010. Banana Wharf is directly opposite the first port of Kaohsiung Port. It is adjacent to Qijin across the sea. There are Xiziwan and Shoushan in the north, and the bike lane and Yancheng Old Street in the west of the port. The first floor inside the wharf is a Taiwanese gift shop , Banana Story House, theme store and international cruise ship entrances and exits. The second floor is a sea-view restaurant with free parking. It is very convenient to take the MRT.

There are many restaurants, a good vegetarian coffee, and a stone shop downstairs. Tourists are welcome. The second floor is the banquet hall. I ate it once, the view was good, and the meal was not impressed. But soon finished shopping, stack two library can go shopping for a long time. The overall atmosphere is more traditional and old-fashioned, which may be to show an early sense of history.
