★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being a new hot spring hotel built after the 921 earthquake in 1998, it is rather rundown. Breakfast is very simple "takeaway" style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, only reason against giving Them 5 stars is that there are a bit too much algae in the pools, but everything else makes up for it, definately something you should do if you have the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting, ignored the bad reviews and went their and got totally disappointed.
The facility consists of 1 hot spring and one cold pool which are incredible dirty and stink.
The showers and changing rooms are also unacceptable and moldy .
Definitely don’t come here ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very disappointing. The water in the pools was filthy and the entire place looked like it hasn't been maintained in years. There were a lot of broken items, corrosion and the pools are falling apart. There is great potential with this place but it doesn't look like any money is being spent on upkeep.
