Rented a 150cc motorbike here. The shop keeper was very friendly and bike was in good condition. I've traveled for a 1500km with the bike, and there is no any problems with it. I totally recommend this place to rent a bike!

Rented a scooter here. Paid 2250 ($70 US) deposit. I laid the scooter down on a muddy road and scratched the right side panels. Owner wanted the money to completely replace the plastic which were fine, just scratched paint. Wanted $3250. I was short on time and money, had to take a flight the next morning. I tried nearby banks but my card didn't work, it was difficult to get money in Taipei for me. I offered my last $1000 and the deposit because I know I didn't get any tickets , i was in the country 99% of the time. Even if I did get a ticket, I would pay up (somehow) since guy didn't take plastic or online payments of any kind. Owner was very unreasonable , also all his bikes are scratched so I know he was gonna pocket the cash and leave the small scratches like all the other bikes... But I offered the best I could at the time and he refused. Nothing more I could do until his time limit on the deposit expires... Now he harassed my Facebook while im still traveling lol... Anyway I tried to come to an agreement and he was not very helpful. I also paid more for one week rental than any other country costs for a month for a much smaller bike.

Deposit was returned as promised. Very friendly family run business. The scooter was perfect. Thanks so much and will definitely come back here to rent a scooter!

Great service without any problem. I think it was only one rental shop where we could rent a scooter. You have to just pay deposit, but I received it back 3 months later, how we agreed.

These Guys have good Bikes, are willing to rent to Tourist for an good price and cause we dismissed the Caution when I left.They send it to me via Post...great Service!

I’m from Malaysia. Couple of months ago, I rented a motorbike from this shop. Had to put down deposit in cash. The shop owner promised to send the cash back to my address in Malaysia if there was no summons during my rental period. As promised, they returned my money after 3 month. Thank you :)

I was in Taipei October 2017 and wanted to rent a motorbike during the national holiday. KYMCO are a family business and were happy to help me when everyone else was closed. They were friendly and kind despite us not speaking the same language... the family made sure to bring in Mum who did speak English! I was so sceptical of their deposit rules, leaving cash behind that they said they'd mail to me after 3 months had passed and they could be certain I had no tickets. Well, they were absolutely true to their word and here's my money. The bike was perfect, fast and powerful and very reasonably priced - below poster is wrong about pricing. They did me a good discount for several days rental too. Trustworthy, friendly people.

The guy is legit He is willing to rent to tourists It was 15,000 NT for 2 months The bike was in tip top shape Don’t need a bike I’d you are staying right in Taiwan The bike helped us get plenty places that would not have been able to be discovered The guy will take a 2,000 NT deposit He says he will mail this to me in 2, we will see Watch out for tickets, they got me for Running a red light... Update *** got my deposit in the mail!!! Thank you!!!
