機車有問題,想請店家檢查,並有禮貌的詢問差不多要多久? 店員卻反問我說“你覺得要多久”,我認為店家根本就是在激怒客人,因為機車有問題當然就是要求助車行,但客人怎麼會知道要檢查多久,我由衷認為店家應該要好好檢討對人以及對事的處理態度。
