Terrific hotel! Excellent location near to the train station. The hall and the restaurant is grand and splendid! The lobby is cozy and comfortable. The room is nice with fair price. It is quite convenient to go out to eat. This hotel is very suitable for business stay!

Terrible experience. My first time to write a review or comments on such bad experience. 1. If you have a business trip, please forget this hotel. Download 8.5 MB / Upload 0.9MB. Terrible delay when you have a conference call or online meeting. 2. Bad Service: a. No response on your complaints : You can see no responses in Line Platform or either a call regarding the complaints. b. Call to order lunch but hold over 3 minutes. Hang up and called again. Service staff would like me to write down what I want in Line Platform. Follow the instructions but after a hour, no delivery. Called directly to restaurant, waiter said she did not get any order. I said just forgot it. Called Front desk again to file a complaint, she said would transfer to a professional staff. On hold over 3 minutes. I just hang up. Never got a call back after that. I was quarantined there for a week following Taiwanese CDC's rules. Hotel staffs impressed me with their efficiency and professionalism. They quickly and nicely resolved my concerns so that I could be relaxed during my quarantine period. This hotel will always be my first choice when I visit Tainan again.

This hotel is decent when you are in it. However. Once you leave, there is nothing around you walking distance besides a 7-Eleven with a city Cafe. It sits slightly outside of Tainan in an industrial area. Most of the day you hear loud workshop noises. The rooms don't have much insulation/sound deadening. At night you can hear other guest even inside their rooms through the gap on the front doors. The beds were a little too firm and the TVs are 720p which make it difficult to use for working as they are a little dated. The wifi is also a bit slow. However, water pressure and hot water was plentiful. I did appreciate the amount of desk space the room had too. The staff in the hotel are 100% awesome, given I know little mandarin I was still able to communicate with them. I give thanks to everyone that assisted me during my stay. Overall, I feel this hotel has huge potential by just investing a little more into the rooms. A comfortable bed and more modern TVs/wifi could go a long way for guests that work remotely.

I was in this hotel during the quarantine with my family and I have some criticism regarding the food! In the room part it is very good I give it four stars. the training "TV" there are not many channels to watch all are blocked?. As for the food, I thought it was going to be a good and varied experience, but not the breakfasts. They were at the door at nine in the morning with terrible coffee, if I'm sorry, the coffee is terrible, please improve it. and for such an elegant hotel in the science park area they should have a more foreign-friendly and varied menu the hours are very close together at 9:00 am breakfast and lunch at 12:00 this is too bad to be locked up with a quarantine I had to eat cold boiled eggs without salt every day I ask the kitchen this is a basic breakfast (?) with a coffee the worst in life!. And please don't give spaghetti for breakfast and spaghetti again for lunch. It's not a good idea, Mr. Chef. be more creative "hot" food is an important part of a good hotel. I'm sorry if it hurt feelings but it wasn't the best.

I’ve stayed here for nearly a month while on a business trip. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and stylish. The staff are amazing, the restaurant has a very large selection of great food including good dim sum and roasted duck. The bar outside is well stocked with good liquor as well. The gym has a good variety of machines, unfortunately it’s too cold to use the pool. Very convenient 8 min walk to Shanhua train station. Highly recommend if you need to stay in Tainan, stay here!
