進店家時，我非常明確的告知要碳纖維用煞車皮，他也有重複一次，結果店員拿出了鋁匡用的煞車皮，拿來時看著碳匡說：這是鋁匡？（疑問的表情看著我，）
後來再度拿煞車皮時，拿出來給我選擇的煞車皮他還不瞭解那是什麼框使用，到這我超級傻眼，更傻眼的他拿停車架在調整車（如圖），後邊一直發出磨耗聲音外，還把我的前叉單邊放在地上再那調整煞車皮（那單隻腳落地的前叉也隨之擺動）
一整個覺得顧客只花小錢，隨便弄弄的概念
