個人從LA NEW成立之初就開始使用這個品牌,至今也有25年了,原因很簡單,耐用、穿著舒服,之前在左營,因為要天天穿,平均約2年左右添購一次;也因為個人偏執或喜好,對品牌也一直信任,衍生到後續的涼鞋、休閒式的皮鞋,甚至保暖衣、撥水外套都樂意撒銀子,應該算是忠實的愛用者,包含鞋子底版磨損,願意花1200原廠更換,包含習慣的鞋子改版了,都聽從們市的建議,直從2800元/雙,到3000多,到最近這雙5000多的鞋,無不從善如流,直到.....發現了這種情形: 如圖所示,這雙鞋的年紀有了,但我平時都是有在保養的,因為工作場合不再需要天天穿皮鞋,所以我把它們擺放在通風良好處供著,畢竟都是幾千塊一雙的,8/9當天因為工作需要,不方便穿休閒式的皮鞋,於是請出這雙老爺,沒想到出門沒多久,就直接四分五裂的分家了,期間種種負面情緒自不待言,本想就此讓老爺退休了吧,但是對於自己信賴品牌會讓自己如此錯愕,總不是滋味,於是找時間回到門市諮詢,沒想到,答案是: 1.鞋底是PU的,會水解,這是正常現象! OK,那...意思是平常不小心淋了雨、踩了水或濺濕了,會分解? 2.先生,不是的,鞋子平常有穿的話,應力會把水分子擠出,因為這雙鞋你很久沒穿了,所以就這樣..... 是,是我告訴他一段時間沒穿,可當初買鞋時怎麼沒說這些呢.... 3.先生,我們在顧客買鞋時都會告知的 ( 以下簡略500字 ) ... 當然,是我自己選擇使用這個品牌,所以必須承擔這個後果,所以,既然我無法改變南台灣潮濕的天氣和長時間不會再穿,決定讓老爺退休時,門市又問了: 4.先生,你不修嗎?鞋面都是好的 ( 廢話我一直都花時間保養 ) ...(以下再減500字 )? 一整個無語,按照門市先前的邏輯,鞋底崩壞是因為空氣潮濕+長時間不穿沒有應力會自然損壞,那我已經說了"穿皮鞋的機會不多",是怎樣? 花銀子修了,在任由這些不可抗拒的因素讓它分解,之後也絕對會超過保固期限,再來光顧一次嗎? 我選擇這個品牌25年,面對問題 ( 包含正常損壞 ) 我都可以接受,但我回到原採購門市,先是撇清責任 ( 告知義務 ) ,再來是分析所謂和邏輯的專業認知,接著再否定幾分鐘前講的專業邏輯,這是門市人員的素養不夠呢?還是我根本就該放棄這個品牌,就像我決定讓老爺退休一樣,選擇離開..... ================這是分隔線============== po一週後,得到業主的回應,內容如同一般官方回應,想了想,業主似乎認為這是門市的善意遭到了誤解,然後砌詞說些抱歉困擾之類的..... 我同意pu大底量輕耐磨,是諸多知名鞋廠的組合.....(以下略), 鞋子稱其為老爺,自然是有年紀了,因為個人覺得皮鞋價值不菲,雖不能說愛護有加,但總也算勤於保養,三不五時擦鞋刷塵時自然會察看鞋況,所以當「老爺」穿了沒多久就遇到鞋底崩壞的情況,還真的很錯愕,上門詢問是為解惑,畢竟,東西壞了總會想了解原因。 但貴店既然專業的將原因歸咎於水解、長期不穿、氣候潮濕....云云,而我也明確告知門市「這鞋以後穿的機會也不多」,再提出「你不維修嗎?」這樣讓我無語的「建議」? 不必用什麼「維修也是提供選擇的一個方式」來將門市「自相矛盾的說法」說得好似善意一般,所謂善意,或者出於善意的建議,如若立即狠狠打臉了2分鐘前門市人員的專業說法,再要解釋為誤會、抱歉.......云云,我真的很驚訝門市人員的專業度。 pu大底量輕耐磨彈性佳→在顧客購鞋時一定告知,當然,這是賣點,肯定會用力宣傳! 若長期不穿,會.....導致水解損壞云云,實在抱歉,這25年中La New的門市還真是沒有告訴我,算我錯愛吧.......
