從頭到尾跟我們接洽的姜姓店員非常有耐心的詳細解說，不斷給予最有幫助的建議，折扣方面會反覆計算以確保給予顧客是最划算的優惠及重複驗算，給顧客感覺上好像是自己親戚或是好朋友般的親切服務態度，讓小弟一次就消費了超過9000元！
店內還有測量腳的儀器，可以給顧客知道自己的腳正確大小、施力點分佈位置，更好挑選適合自己的鞋子。
鞋子好穿，店員服務棒，店內設施優，非常推薦！

這次是生日禮來電告知有活動，所以進店就打金卡折扣，再扣生日禮金，因買鞋額度到，再任購一雙再折、、真的是很划算。
上次有做足部測量，且店家提供測試結果資料，並解說，十分專業。

算是一次不錯的購物體驗。

二月買的鞋子，平日穿著上下班
工作內容也是坐辦公室而已
中間還有兩個月左右WFH根本沒穿
結果八月中鞋底就整個掉下來了
送回去說保固只有三個月，所以維修要自已花錢
從鞋子品質到服務都令人不敢恭維

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在常來的La New永和二店買一雙鋼頭鞋，多虧上次小姐熱心幫我仔細量測腳的長寬、施力點等，這次我來只要報電話號碼，就可以直接拿合適的鞋子，不過小姐還是要我再試穿看看，夠舒適再買。這裡的服務很好，同樣是兩大廠牌的會員，這幾年越來越喜歡穿他們家的，阿瘦的鞋底偏硬。當然每個人的感受度不同，僅供參考。
還是要幫他們的服務小姐讚美一下，很熱心真誠。
