在A11購買二樓Lacoste鞋區的包款
到三樓Lacoste衣物區時看到同款商品
但是卻不能算在兩件6折的折扣裡
要在同一樓層買才算數
詢問之下 男店員只冷冷的回應二樓和三樓就是是兩間店不能算一起
大家應該是認Lacoste
不是認二樓還三樓吧= =
若是因折扣購買的人要注意了
這個沒有進行整合的行銷策略與面對客戶提出疑問時男店員的反應態度
讓我對此Lacoste的印象也跟著打折了
