★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best oyster omelette I had in Taiwan. The oysters are fresh and the omelette/pancake are cook perfectly. It is located right at the start (or the end, not too sure) of Ningxia night market. So please don't eat too full at the night market, leave some stomach space for this delicious oyster omelette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good compared to the other competitor in Ningxia night market. Well fried, crispy, calorie laden, oil rich and well seasoned. Not your healthiest snack but certainly one to try if you're ever wondering about the Taiwanese version of oyster omelettes.
I see alot of reviewers complaining about the poor service - it's a small crammed roadside market stall with very, very limited seating (you should consider takeaway). You don't pay service charge and this isn't some fancy 5 star serviced restaurant.
Yes, I don't doubt that some may experience a gruff lady boss a little bit short on patience in a sweltering environment (as was my experience). Some may be unlucky and catch her on a bad day.
But let's temper our expectations shall we?

Omg the sauce the oysters the chill all so fresh. Fast turn over. Good for fast meal.
One of my favourite in Taiwan.
