老闆說，雖然叫做千層蛋糕，但其實這是印尼華人傳統年節食品(Lapis)，是一種很體面的待客點心，下禮拜開始他們會忙到一個翻過去。?
他們小店面只有兩個吧檯座位，我外帶了一杯拿鐵，用的是秀姑巒鮮奶，杯子也超可愛?，如果我懶得自己泡咖啡☕，我應該會再來這裡買。

Their small store has only two counter seats. I took a cup of latte with Xiuguluan milk, and the cup is super cute. If I don’t bother to make my own coffee☕, I should come here again.

可能期待過高及有對照組，對於蛋糕的上層顔色太淡及各層間有不少孔洞，就外觀來說，吸引力下降許多，真覺得有些失望！
但味道還不錯，似乎有一點點淡淡的肉桂味及明顯的奶香！
ㄧ條不大（約8.5*19cm)，NT300。

聽聞已經販售30年了~最精華奧義(千層蛋糕)
藏身於(工業區)非常隱蔽!!
從捷運站下來，就一直聞到香氣，友人騎車來接我，載我去尋找這樣的香氣。
第一次購買，聞起來並不是人工香精的甜氣，買了2大盒千層蛋糕，回家後，先冷藏保存，設定在18_20度低溫，好的蛋糕，先冷鍊一翻，收起多餘的油，香氣四溢。
甜度非常好，不膩，不油，搭配抹茶剛剛好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賴師父手工千層蛋糕做的非常紥實，是屬於南洋風味的蛋糕，味道和一般的千層蛋糕真的不太ㄧ樣，但因很紥實，也不會過硬，吃起來很有滿足感，而且也是微甜的千層蛋糕，也比較適合現在人不喜愛太甜的食品，另外店家的千層蛋糕從上至下有層次的口感，真的蠻好吃的，喜歡吃千層蛋糕的人很建議來吃看看，現在ㄧ條蛋糕320元，另外店內也有販售咖啡及其他飲品，印尼咖啡風味也很特別，不錯喝！店家這邊沒停車位，所以只能路邊臨停哦！
