Tribal Mission History The Presbyterian Church preached the gospel to this tribe, dating back to 65- In 70 years. At that time, a missionary played the mouth organ and a Paiwan youth named Pali came to the original tribe. Kavunalidan, singing "Believe in Jesus", came to preach the gospel to the Vungalid tribe. At that time, the gospel was preached, but the elders The mission of the church has no roots. After the Lord, (1957～1958) August Gao Hua Nan, the missionary teacher in Bunle Church and Chen Dongboo, the first generation of believers of the church When I came to the tribe to preach the gospel, there were seven members of the late You Shichang’s family who believed in the Lord, and started borrowing from You Shichang’s home on August 20 of the same year. Regular worship, a thatched house was built as a chapel in 1962, but it was destroyed by a typhoon and flood in the summer of the same year. Reconstruction began in October 1964, and the brick-built chapel was completed on June 25, 1965. The church was upgraded in February 1979. Later, on January 1, 1984, the temporary membership meeting was decided, and Pastor Kong Shunxing was appointed as the first resident pastor of the church. Church in 2012 After demolishing the original brick chapel and pastor’s hall in July 2007, it took more than four years to rebuild the Lord’s Temple (now Church), and was dedicated to the church on August 4, 2016 A.D.  Future prospects 1. The faith takes root and the gospel spreads (reading the Bible more, serving more, praying more, spiritual renewal, life being turned by the Lord) 2. Belief in life and life in faith (live a good testimony in churches, tribes, and families, and live out the image of Jesus) 3. Practice and demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ, in the tribe, so that everyone can trust the Lord, look to the Lord, and follow the Lord 4. Encourage child members and catechumens of the church to accept confirmation and adult baptisms and become children who are truly pleased by God 5. Training of church talents (piano, computer, accounting staff) 6. Churches, schools, and tribes become communities of life, and they are connected as members 7.
