★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel! Good location - in the middle of the city, very convenient, very nice staff. Good and colorful breakfast. Big rooms, big gym, very cheap laundry service ( also have free self service laundary ). I enjoyed staying in this Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To keep it simple, poorly cooked and overpriced steak. No salt used at all before cooking. Not cooked to temperature requested. When confronted, excuses were given but no resolution. Salad bar is awful. Sloppy and cheap. Much better value at Sheraton, Ambassador...anything but. Drinks were poor. Ordered martinis after dinner. Everyone ran around seeming like they had to Google how to make one. Once received, they were 2 ounces of vodka in a highball cup. When confronted on the subpar drinks, we told told "that's how we do it". Wow! A supposed "nice" hotel? I think not.
Don't waste you money. Go to an actual 4 to 5 star hotel buffet and pay the same price.
Garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is not very comfortable and there is noise from street. Workers pays not attentions to the customer: clean and details are very low. In addiction they lose two times my laundry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are nice, clean, efficient. Internet is mostly good with some occasional interrupts. Staff is excellent, professional and friendly. Breakfast is a buffet with wide range of foods. Also one of the few places where you can get a smoking room. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hotel within nice rooms that have comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The room is clean with a nice bathroom and shower. They have the Japanese style toilets with all of the buttons which is an experience itself. The location is in the centre of HsinChu so there are lots of eating places inside. Breakfast is reasonable with omelettes to order and nice coffee. The only blemish are the outside views and the limited offering in the restaurant for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super kids friendly. Room are nice and clean. Kids had so much fun. One night was too short. Love to come back for a couple nights. Our kids age are 10, 6, 4 and 1.
