★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天看了才知道蘭蔻只有2.7顆星。也差不多吧。之前A4的櫃姐一次算錯賬,多收了我800,又少給了回饋點數;另一次買了5、6萬產品,卻給過期的贈品,所以雖然服務態度似乎很好,也還是決定換一個櫃姐。
A8這位是隨機選擇的,服務態度不錯,很實在的樣子,預購的溝通也不錯,所以週年慶的預購就補了一點點東西。今天是預購的第一天第一位客人,很輕鬆的取了貨就繼續取貨行程。但是回到家就失望了。
取貨的過程很簡單,核對清單和贈品,刷卡,取貨。小姐特別強調了2、3次,『預購禮為您升級了更高級的產品』。我心裡還在想沒有買很多東西,還這麼客氣,雖然沒有去確定到底是什麼,還是謝謝她。回家卻發現,贈品根本不是蘭蔻的產品?,還得上網查一下,才知道是西班牙的頭皮按摩安瓶,根本不是我會去用的東西,為什麼要給我換了原來該有的蘭蔻5ml絕對完美眼霜呢?? 我不會去用的贈品一般都不願意拿,因為是浪費。你還把我會用的東西換走了。這一次互信沒有了,又要再換櫃姐了。
不知道是不是蘭蔻的教育訓練問題還是管理問題,櫃姐居然可以把能夠在網上賣掉的產品擅自給客人還走了,非常不好,難怪網路上有這麼多小樣品在賣,影響品牌形象。
