★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初去此銀行申請提款卡及網路銀行，當時臨櫃小姐說一個禮拜帶著網路銀行的單子來臨櫃取卡就可以，今天特地請一個小時假去銀行領卡片，結果大中午的人最多的時候銀行只開了一個窗口？？？ 等了20分鐘多終於輪到我，今天的臨櫃小姐說 我要帶印章跟身分證才能領取，火一整個起來了，我一直跟她說是你們小姐說拿單子來就可以了，為了領卡 中午從竹北騎去新竹市區領卡，希望以後不管是哪一位銀行行員請記得提醒清楚 領取任何東西需要帶什麼東西......
