★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去臨櫃辦事情時，遇到態度不耐煩的專員，想說算了，她大概心情差，所以我依然保持客氣的態度跟她說謝謝。
但今天又遇到一個愛理不理的專員：）

But today I met another commissioner who ignored me :)

但之前做過年輕的都相對友善，且親切

在二樓放款諮詢貸款，行員嬉笑打鬧不尊重，在諮詢貸款問題時，自顧自換班把客戶當空氣，接班的行員埋頭做自己資料，再次發問時也不理會，自顧自打電話聊天，多次被當空氣，土銀都沒有在員工訓練的嗎？主管到底在做什麼，很生氣。
