★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特地去把零錢換鈔，等了很久到櫃檯時被服務人員以要忙振興卷拒絕，服務態度超差，換鈔也是貴行有提供的服務，作業不及沒加派人力或效率不佳需要檢討！
I specially went to change the change for banknotes. When I waited for a long time to arrive at the counter, I was rejected by the service staff as busy revitalizing the ticket. The service attitude was very poor. The banknote exchange is also a service provided by your bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小弟到貴分行詢問辦理房貸業務 沒想到該分行的房貸專員黃先生態度非常的差一副就是不想接我的案子 詢問其房貸利率是否為1.5%至1.8%左右
竟然回應 這裡是銀行不是菜市場 利率不是這樣喊的
讓我感覺該專員非常的囂張 根本不想服務 那是不是乾脆不要工作好了
小弟先前在民銀銀行待過2年
從來也沒看過分行同仁對待顧客的服務態度是如此之差勁

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天到土銀大社分行，在4號櫃檯，一位林 x雅小姐為我服務，因為我是由建商配合開戶在左營分行，因為就近，所以在大社分行辦理約定轉帳、網銀開通、申請網銀密碼、申請數位密碼、申請數位帳戶約定轉帳，存款、轉帳、、、、、想不到這麽，這麼多繁瑣的事情，這位林小姐非常有耐心，非常專業的為我服務。我再蠻多家銀行都有往來，從未遇過如此細心和耐心的專業行員，再次謝謝林小姐，你的態度讓我對大社分行有極好的印象

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務超級爛，站門口那位行員問個問題大小聲？？換個新鈔從仁武分行，到大社分行，最後又被叫去開戶行？？？連一顆星都不想給，無奈給評至少得給一顆
