★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近辦一張信用卡，寄來的新卡把我的英文名字印錯，打去台北總行好像沒人上班，沒人接電話，最後終於有人聽了，後來決定不開卡，不換卡，直接剪卡停用，感覺跟其他私人銀行比，差很多。
I recently made a credit card and sent a new card with my English name wrongly printed. It seemed that no one was at work and no one answered the phone when I called the Taipei head office. Finally, someone listened to it. Then I decided not to open the card or change the card. Disabling the card cut, it feels much worse than other private banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本換個存簿順便辦網路銀行，卻被一般收支櫃檯與服務櫃檯互推，還要重新再抽號牌，櫃檯小姐表情並不是很好。
