The service desk said that the guests in front could not handle my business after finishing, please come back another day... Isn't it during business hours? How can you confirm that the previous one will take a long time? It didn’t look busy inside, so it drove me away...

S	Sara Edge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is never busy but you still have to wait so long. And then whatever you have to do also takes so long. Some of the downstairs staff speak English. I have used this bank for transferring money to my US bank. You can just go straight to the 2nd floor if you are doing this. The man who does the foreign exchange is nice and speaks English. I have never had to wait when doing this. I am giving this place 2 stars mainly because of the convenience of the foreign transfer upstairs.
