至從買發票換到這邊效率超慢,以前買發票只要不用10分鐘,現在要花2個多小時才買的到,櫃檯只有一個,動作超慢,很浪費時間。

到此辦貸款,速度算快,文件填一填不到三點就ok了,結果說還要到一樓開一個土銀的帳戶方便作業,這也合理沒想到這才是惡夢的開始,要先在旁邊的服務台填資料然後審核再到櫃檯作業,服務台的行員年紀頗大,我到時前面有一個客人也是開戶,我就先填資料在旁等待,我就看到該行員不知在忙什麼一直在行內走來走去,前一個客人也是坐在那乾等(不是填資料),等到快三點半終於輪到我了,該行員只丟下一句要準備雙證件及1000元開戶,然後人就消失了,東西我早準備好了,我就繼續滑手機,他消失很久後終於出現了,繼續不知道在忙什麼,這時在我後面有一個客人要做結清,該行員就對她說你要等一下喔,我還有一個客人要服務,這時他終於想起我了,拿了一張表格叫我簽了幾個地方,我寫的時間加起來不到5分鐘,他趁我寫的時候去服務那位要作結清的客人,好,這不打緊,利用時間ok,我寫完後他就重複著不知道在忙什麼的模式,等到全部ok我步出銀行都快四點半了,說真的要不是我不趕時間,這服務態度真的讓人很想罵髒話,誰會覺得開戶竟然要開快1.5小時,還不是花在填資料上,這部分郵局有效率多了,開個戶不到20分,以後不會想再來了。
