爛到一個不行,行員對自己的業務內容不熟悉,一件在國泰或中信可以很簡單處理的事情,這裡可以處理大半天,說要拿個單子填寫可以看到行員走了整個辦公室,走回來後還傻傻不清楚的打電話詢問,而且在其他銀行都能一個櫃臺解決的問題我居然要到三個櫃臺去解決,貴公司的行政流程真的效率低到一個不可思議。最糟糕的還不是這樣,最糟糕的是開戶那邊兩個行員,一個在處理客戶,另一個完全不知道在幹嘛,晾著號碼等待一等就是半個小時,她還是在那邊處理不知道什麼,還沒處理完,妳行員不處理客戶為主是有什麼業務重要到需要優先處理這麼久???就算有好了,人員調度呢?開戶就一個人處理???早上就來了四個人,照貴公司的行政流程處理效率一個人處理四個人,我看整個上午就去了吧,整體來說開辦銀行帳戶體驗爛到一個不行,而且我還很怕之後如果有問題要來處理也要拖這麼久,要不是公司的薪資帳戶要土地銀行,不然我想不到任何一點點,哪怕就一小點也好,一小點在土地銀行開戶的理由。

15個櫃檯只開1個窗口,叫襄理出來還叫不動行員多開一個櫃檯,各個都有理由說忙,兩個號等25分鐘,看看公務員戶政事務所,健保局這些服務有多好,去土銀真是MD自己找罪受

真的沒遇過效率如此差的銀行,就算是公股的也沒慢到這種程度吧⋯更換帳戶花了快三小時才好?環境又髒又亂⋯櫃檯人員沒有一個態度好跟積極的,整間銀行根本是國寶級行員(比年紀大的)真的是公務員詬病⋯奉勸大家沒事別來找氣受啊?‍??‍??‍?

非常誇張的差勁效率,非常糟糕的經驗。2022年5月25日上午約9:45我陪老婆到這裡想要重設她網銀密碼以及提款卡密碼,一進門,保全僅說個「早安你好」即無任何動作,好像他類似一個打招呼機器人,不用引導客戶去抽號碼牌?不懂的我們去按號碼機,毫無反應,保全說「要按很用力」,才跳出號碼紙18號。接著我們等了25分鐘,才從14號來到了18號,到了櫃檯告知需求,他們說「這個業務要在服務台申辦,請去旁邊的服務台」咦,我們才發現服務台貼有公告說可以修改網銀密碼,好吧鼻子摸摸,是自己沒注意。接著到服務台是一位阿姨請我們填寫表單,寫了一張簽了3個名後她帶我們去ATM操作說要幫我們解鎖卡片,結果怎麼試都顯示系統錯誤,然後她說「我該做的都做了,我再進去幫妳試」,就這樣,我們出去走到ATM、再進來銀行,花了3次,最後仍然失敗!公股銀行的系統跟效率實在屌... 後來這項業務直接放棄,那位阿姨只說要幫我們問總行,問題擺著無法解決。(我們只是要改個提款卡密碼啊 阿姐...)後來只能繼續修改網銀密碼,這部分是順利,看了看最後完成時間是10:45,唉!台灣土地銀行僅是「修改密碼業務」就要消耗客戶半小時以上的時間,專業度在哪?效率在哪?系統品質在哪?令人不忍再多說!!

想說幫小朋友辦個外幣帳戶理財,結果承辦人員歐巴桑說她都不會只是個代理,原承辦人員去吃飯,然後要我們等20分鐘,等會的承辦人員回來開個戶頭居然花了兩小時又40分鐘,真的讓我開了眼界,只聽說公股銀行辦事效率很慢,沒想到那麼慢,還有什麼都不會的來代理,真是只有爛到一個極點一顆星都嫌多,爛爛爛,國家金融機構的效率難道真的只能葬送在這些爛咖的手中嗎,可不可以爭氣點呀,一點羞恥心都沒有,路上隨便個年輕人都比你們行裡的爛咖強

服務態度是親切 但是處理問題能力不太好 辦理網路銀行電子信箱認證有問題 Hotmail收不到認證信 還說是我的信箱太滿 問可不可以換信箱 不回答 只回答再幫我重寄認證信 最後自己在ATM上申請行動密碼 在app上改成Gmail的信箱就馬上收到信了
