但卻要讓辦理業務的人等等等
服務台的人辦業務也是慢慢來
感覺跟業務工作超不熟
而且服務台的男性服務員

形象很不專業

It's really bad enough. Isn't the card made here? ? ? ? ? I have to wait for a week to get the card and then go to ATM to do the online banking. I’m really dumbfounded.

The action is slow, there is only one person at the counter, and the three supervisors at the back are chatting. The iron rice bowl is really inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/1/20很糟糕的開戶體驗，辦理開戶的某先生說銀行在推線上開戶，要我等待3-4人，每人約20分鐘.....而且態度不佳。
但是其他分行是請我直接去現場辦，究竟是？？？（黑人問號）
2022/1/20 Very bad account opening experience. A certain Mr. who handled the account opening said that the bank was pushing online to open an account and asked me to wait for 3-4 people for about 20 minutes each... and had a bad attitude.
But other branches asked me to do it directly on site. What is it? ? ? (black question mark)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/28去辦理業務，感覺銀行櫃台人員很親切，流程也很快，我是由許篠君小姐辦理，態度很好，也提醒我很多問題可以直接順便辦理，我覺得不止1.9顆星評價，我給5顆星!
I went to handle the business on 4/28. I felt that the bank counter staff was very kind and the process was very fast. I was handled by Miss Xu Xiaojun, who had a good attitude and reminded me that many questions can be handled directly. I think it is more than 1.9 stars. 5 stars!
