一進門也不會問說要辦理什麼業務
抽了號碼牌好不容易輪到我
結果要到旁邊的服務櫃檯辦理
第一次是因為開戶、第二次是因為網銀
如果門口處的先生願意多問一句
我就不用浪費一個小時空等
服務櫃檯辦理完又要重新等一次
希望服務可以再好一點 動作快一點

I do n’t ask what business I want to do

The result will be handled at the service counter next to it
The first time is because of opening an account, the second time is because of online banking
If the gentleman at the door is willing to ask one more question
I do n’t have to waste an hour waiting
After the service counter is processed, wait again
I hope the service can be better, move faster
