真的很糟糕,星期五下午一點半的三號櫃檯有個阿姨會踢皮球直接請你走,有夠不舒服。

根本爛到爆。 數位帳户開户完成後去分行辦理約定轉帳,並再三向行員確認約定轉帳的金額上限及是否需要臨櫃提升權限,但隔天約定轉帳啟用後卻顯示超過金額無法轉帳,再次洽分行詢問後得到「數位帳户約定轉帳上限只有1萬元」的答案,且無法提升權限,跟前一天的答覆差了十萬八千里,完全不知道能辦來幹嘛。 但錢早已轉進數位帳户内了,無奈下只好當場加辦實體帳户,並重新辦理實體帳户的約定轉帳,打算使用APP將數位帳户的錢轉到網路銀行再轉到其他約定帳户,以避免上限1萬元的限制。 就這樣又浪費了一天,等晚上12點約定轉帳生效迫不及待地打開APP轉帳後才發現,這樣轉帳雖然在操作及介面上跟數位帳户完全一模一樣,但免手續費的優惠卻沒了,也就是說除非你只需要超小的轉帳額度,否則它所宣稱的數位帳户優惠根本只是看得到而吃不到的東西,跟詐騙沒有兩樣,只是想騙你開户衝用户數,而我就這樣傻傻浪費了三天、開了兩個... 現在滿腦子想的就只有明早申請護鈔去把帳户結清,誰知道裡面還藏了多少騙人的東西,再也不想繼續浪費自己的時間找氣受了:(

I plan to use the APP to transfer the money from the digital account to online banking and then to other agreements. Account to avoid the limit of 10,000 yuan. I wasted another day like this. I waited for the agreed transfer to take effect at 12 o’clock in the evening. I couldn’t wait to open the APP transfer and found out that although the transfer is exactly the same as a digital account in operation and interface, the free fee discount is gone. Said that unless you only need an ultra-small transfer amount, the digital account discounts it claims are just something you can see and can’t eat. It’s no different from fraud. It just wants to deceive you to open an account to offset the number of users, and I’m just like that. I wasted three days stupidly and opened two... The only thing I can think about now is to apply for money protection tomorrow morning to clear the account. Who knows how many deceptive things are hidden in it, and I don’t want to waste my time anymore to get angry:(

日前去申請黃金存摺,抽到3號櫃檯辦理,結果這位阿姨好像沒辦過似的,看他照著電腦上SOP逐一比對,卡關了就問隔壁年輕行員,還卡了好多次,過程中發現文件有缺,連續拿了2次錯誤的文件要我補簽,後頭的襄理眼看我站了很久,直接交代隔壁的年輕行員幫我申請,結果又得重頭審查,等到真的辦完,我整整站了1個半小時,真的不誇張…囧‘
