數位帳戶密碼設定非常麻煩，設定花很多時間，極為不便民！
到二樓去請教貸款事宜，小姐進去拿張貸款表出來就直接放在桌上，一句話都沒說，態度真的不敢領教！
守衛雖然盡責但真的碎念！
感想：若無業務需要不會再去第二次！

個人覺得銀行本身就是平均辦理業務需要超過半小時的 至少本人跑過的各間銀行都是
親自走一趟 並沒有大家說的那麼糟糕
服務我的服務員還懷有身孕 真的是蠻辛苦的~態度也是很親切

早上去時, 臨櫃有4-5位職員, 雖只有一位客戶, 但也要等10多分鐘才叫號.
通知及請怹們更新住址, 以免之后的郵件去舊地址。請怹們確認地址是否己完成變更, 他們則邊玩手機. 愛回不回, 最後只回"應該" 無問題,
最後我的卡還是寄了去舊地址.
請問分店還有職缺嗎? 又閒又可耍廢且做事又可不負責任, 理想工作, 想做你們同事
