對於客戶不夠尊重
遇到問題要找襄理，居然坐在位置上直接扯開嗓門喊襄理，在空中大聲討論我的問題、我的要求。好像我正在菜市場買菜一樣。
並且我來辦事，開戶，都有一種我有求於人的感覺，蠻瞎的。比較少在其他銀行有類似的感覺，是否對於業績沒壓力、或者是土銀已經不在意客戶的感受了？

Insufficient respect for customers
When I encountered a problem, I asked for an assistant. I actually sat in my seat and shouted for an assistant, discussing my problems and my requirements loudly in the air. It's as if I'm shopping for vegetables in the vegetable market.
And when I came to handle affairs and open an account, I felt like I was asking for others, and I was pretty blind. Few other banks have similar feelings. Is there no pressure on performance, or is it that the local bank no longer cares about the feelings of customers?
