 The guard brother downstairs is very kind and professional to guide me. Looking for 2f foreign exchange personnel for foreign exchange issues. The 2f foreign exchange lady is really super super invincible and professional. Awesome. I understand all my foreign exchange doubts. Both are very service enthusiastic and super push.

叫我去隔壁兆豐，說他們匯率一直都比你們好，請問我是傻了不會先上網查嗎？如果人家匯率好我還來你們家幹嘛？
真的是浪費人民時間不手軟！說個「不好意思」就上樓了！你要賠我時間嗎？第一次蒞臨就給我極差印象。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員服務很傲慢，手上有工作還會提前按號碼，我拿號碼牌被叫到3號櫃檯，只能在行員面前罰站，看他接電話在聊天，手上還處理上一個客戶的資料，，輪到我懷疑人生，罰站8分鐘以後，終於忙完輪到我了，要辦理繼承爸爸的存款，還是被百般刁難，行員專業素質比國稅局和地政事務所還不如！
