★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上打電話去訂餐說5號，去現場打單完變32，在現場等排好幾個不優先處理，反而電話一來馬上接，現場排隊的傻子？只有兩個人手我不怪員工，是老闆問題，請不到整天，假日可以請個半天的消耗一下早上人流，人少有人少的做法，單太多就別接電話了.....品質還是先顧好吧，流動率超高一定有問題

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「鍋燒意麵」小姐最在意湯頭其次是麵體，湯頭有用心、配料新鮮、麵體口感普通，煮麵也是門技術，發現不同時間應該是掌廚人不同，湯頭的表現就有落差，除蛋餅連蘿蔔糕都有小黃瓜加分！個人飲食清淡建議能少點胡椒粉才能品嘗出蘿蔔糕的滋味，看得出很搞工太鹹了可惜~
