★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位在後站的南大路140巷，在下竹樹屋旁邊，也鄰近新竹轉運站，107年2月27日才設立的機車停車場，機車車位數有143個，若靠近新竹轉運站的後站機車停車場都滿了，這裡可以考慮停放，雖然比後站機車停車場稍遠一些，但在可以接受的範圍內，停車費可用悠遊卡或現金支付。今天1月13日來，開始要收費了，平假日一天都是$20，也有月租停車：300元(計次) ，詳情可恰新竹市政府交通處。
It is located at Lane 140, Nanda Road in the back station, next to the Xiazhu tree house, and also close to the Hsinchu transfer station. The locomotive parking lot was established on February 27, 2017. There are 143 locomotive parking spaces. If it is close to the back station motorcycle parking lot of the Hsinchu transfer station It's full, you can consider parking here. Although it is a bit farther than the locomotive parking lot at the rear station, within an acceptable range, the parking fee can be paid with a leisure card or cash. Today, January 13th, fees are beginning to be charged. It is $20 a day on weekdays. There is also a monthly parking fee of 300 yuan (counted). 可是停管中心的人員大概是最糟糕態度的那種。
因為悠遊卡不在身邊，所以無法讓車子出停車場，打了03-5619555之後，電話那頭是態度非常非常之糟糕的女客服員（聲音聽起來有點年紀）。
先是要我到繳費機那邊找20元，但我沒有零錢，然後對方要我換零錢
對方：換好錢再打給我（口氣真的讓人很不舒服的那種）
我：好，但我還沒有要現在出場的話怎麼辦
對方：你什麼時候要出場
我：大概10:30吧
（我大概6點多打的，只是想知道能不能即時或是提早解決這個問題而已）
對方：那你現在打給我幹嘛？要出場再打過來啊
我：喔...好，恩...只是想說問一下（這時候真的不太開心了）
那你幹嘛那麼兇？
對方：恩嗯嗯（可能突然不會回話）

我從頭到尾都好聲好氣（除了最後一秒），但真心不懂客服在兇什麼，或許真的應該等車子要出場再打電話，但是不能口氣好一點地告知嗎？
只是想尋求協助而已，覺得莫名其妙被兇了一頓.......

Because Youyou Card is not around, I can't get the car out of the parking lot. After calling 03-5619555, the call is a very bad female customer service staff (sounds a bit old).

I'm very nice from beginning to end (except for the last second), but I really do n’t understand what the customer service is fierce. Maybe I really should wait for the car to come out before calling, but ca n’t I tell you better?
I just wanted to ask for help. I felt inexplicably killed .......

Parking is cheap, but the route planning is not very good. If there is no parking space at the beginning, everyone will be stuck outside, and there is a parking lot inside...
