★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located, not far from the entrance of ximending Market, the counter serving staff was not very pleasant, as I don't speak the local language, I was ignored a few times before I actual wave at a staff to serve me. Price is high consider the quality you get, I tried the chicken kidney, duck kidney and wings, they all chewy and tasteless. However, its a very busy place so obviously the locals think the food is 'good'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My must go every time in the area. Their braised duck hearts (yes, hearts) so far are still the best I’ve ever had.
Or if you don’t like eating animal organs, try mushroom balls and wings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A famous shop sells marinated food! The quality is not as good as before, love the vegetarian items. For the duck tongue, it’s a bit over priced.
The staff attitude is not so friendly as well, guess they are too “famous” and too busy all the way.
I’m sure there should have other small shops selling good marinated food.
It will be good if a famous shop keep their good quality of food together with high service level, thus, their goodwill could be retained. However, over 50% of shop can’t do it, always a cycle!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place I will never miss when I’m in Taipei’s! From the eggs to the kidneys, tongue, chicken legs.... all of them are super yummy! Worth for the queue and also, queue is fast! The staff are so nice knowing my mandarin not good and helps me definitely to locate the right ones. I love this shop so much! They made the food so fresh and I can tell from the texture of the chicken kidneys!
