水餃? 還不錯！
滷味不行！ 味道不是我個人喜歡

Dumplings ? Not bad!

板條湯很清澈 不油膩 油蔥很多 應該是自己炒的
酸辣湯餃餡料多且大顆
滷花生扎實口感不軟爛 且有甜味
滷高麗菜也是微鹹帶甜
Reasonably priced large portion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到店裡面吃，點了牛肉麵跟一些滷菜，覺得滷菜好吃，牛肉麵也好吃，是想吃牛肉麵會再回來吃的一家店。
麵條很Q彈有勁，牛肉湯頭很讚，只是有點小鹹，大致上是好吃的。
The first time I ate in the restaurant, I ordered beef noodles and some braised vegetables. I think the braised vegetables are delicious, and the beef noodles are also delicious. It is a restaurant that will come back if I want to eat beef noodles.
The noodles are very springy and the beef soup is very good, just a little salty, but generally delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵的湯頭有點小麻小辣，對不喜歡吃辣的我來說，大概接近可以接受的上標，雖然對我來說算偏辣，但也讓湯頭、牛肉不至於過於平淡，偶爾吃一次還是覺得很棒的，尤其肉塊的份量，真的很夠誠意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家的麵條是強項，有三種可以選擇，但就是喜愛拉麵的口感，湯頭屬於北方口味，不會很深的紅燒及甜味，所以這個吃個人口味，來這裡要點的小菜可以夾一些，還會額外送花生給你，很令人驚喜，當然不吃牛的還有其他麵食可以選擇，這家真的蠻多人，一到吃飯時間就一堆人，老老闆娘很會做生意，總額如果多一些些領頭，會直接取整數收費，果然會做生意喔，來這裡可以品嚐看看@populun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人喜歡牛肉乾拌拉麵，牛肉大塊且是半筋半肉，好吃?
紅燒湯頭個人喜歡更濃厚些。
水餃內餡味道跟嘉義太保淮揚湯包的味道蠻像的，不過餡料沒有打那麼細，我比較喜歡！
小菜不貴還送花生，老板娘看我點乾麵還特地給我一碗免費清湯，真貼心❤️

I personally like the braised soup to be thicker.
The filling taste of the dumplings is quite similar to the taste of Chiayi Taibao Huaiyang soup dumplings, but the fillings are not as fine as they are, I like it better!
The side dishes are not expensive and they give me peanuts. The proprietress gave me a bowl of free clear soup when I ordered dry noodles, so sweet. ❤️
