★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The green tea with cheese is quite refreshing. What I like best is the sunset view over the river and mountains from the 3rd floor balcony. The service is so so. It’s kind of like they don’t really care if you are there. But, on a nice evening you can beat the balcony!

Place: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Relatively cheap cafe compared with others around. It's on 3rd floor, so if you're lucky to sit at the balcony, you get fantastic view of the shore. It's quite spacy inside. But during busy hour, do not expect to have quiet time for reading. The service will also take longer as the staff look so overwhelmed.
Anyway this place is a hidden gem for you to enjoy full scenery of Tamsui. Take a chance to come when it's not crowded.
