★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務跟店家我很喜歡也是固定客,但今天不曉得是員工趕下班還是心情不好,口氣的表達沒有很理想,我可以當作情緒反應來理解跟體諒,但如有顧客不知情的事項,可以麻煩加個不好意思或是請、謝謝,這樣我想會比較理想,客人會聽了舒服些,這件事的提到,是我後期因為時間上沒辦法配合店家營運時間,都會先放置要清洗的衣物在店家櫃子送洗,回來領取衣物再收費拿的方式,並且好一陣子了,而且闆娘跟其他學生工讀配偶到我都沒說什麼,但今日剛好休假再次去店家送洗並告知店員,我衣服一樣先送洗,回程會給予費用,結果對方連思考都沒有,直接回覆我不要,我們老闆娘說這樣不方便?,如果此事件有屬實的話 麻煩可以委婉告知,不然這樣的表達方式加上當時不是很有耐心的語氣,會讓我覺得我好像做錯什麼事情或是很奧客的感覺,之前其他工讀有出差錯或是沒交接到幫我送洗衣物要延後拿,我都沒關係,但對於一間服務業店面的語氣談吐表達我就很重視並且是最基本的,不好意思 我可能表達不週的地方也跟當事人表達對不起,但爾後的送洗服務我還是會在麻煩店家妳們大家服務,只是我覺得不妥的地方還是會反應提醒,一方向讓店家提升有更好的經營服務,一方面也避免有可能有其他顧客做了或問了跟我一樣的事情問題,讓店家又再次感到麻煩不週。

It doesn't matter if I make a mistake or I don't have a hand in to help me deliver the laundry and I need to delay it, but I attach great importance to the tone and expression of a service store and it is the most basic. I'm sorry for the place I may not express well I also expressed my apologies to the parties involved, but I will still trouble the store for the laundry service in the future, but I will still respond and remind you if I feel inappropriate.
