店家落座於自行車道旁，自行車來來去去還蠻危險的，要特別注意左右來車（那邊大部分惡店家都是這個情況。服務人員的態度還不錯，看到我們同行朋友有喝飲料，並主動提供飲料提袋。在介紹電動腳踏車的使用方式及教學都還蠻清楚的，也特別提到可能會發生危險的幾種情形。價位方面就不清楚了，因為沒有比價就直接請他們服務，不過估計不會差的太多，大家可以自己評估看看。有附汽車停車位，但沒有很多。另附上水庫橋上的照片，賺一下在地嚮導的分數?

取車務必檢查清楚，車子的品質是極度危險級別，整個龍頭斷掉這種事這種年代還會發生。發生在隧道因為沒信號也沒法聯繫救援，只能抱著孩子徒步出來打電話。但救援的服務人員態度很正面不斷的道歉提供換車。發此評論不是為了賠償。而是請店家審視及提醒用車人，安全需要嚴謹把關。

This shop has connection with taxi drivers from the Train station. This shop is located deep in, away from the main road. Despite the fact that there are many other bike rental shops available along the main road, the taxi driver drove my family to this shop which was slightly more than 4 km from the train station for $250 NTD (expensive). We were stranded, and the shop owner knew that too well and started explaining to us the procedures in rental and even told us which family bike to rent. We haven't even said we wanted to rent a bike! The price for a family bike was $1200 NTD and we had about 2 hours before sunset to return the bike. We asked for other options, but every option available would costs $1200 NTD, regardless of whether it was a twin-rider, single-seater, or a 5-seater. I choose a 5-seater family bike which looked quite new but was told by the lady worker that it wasn't running well, and she insisted that I take one particular 5-seater which she claimed run best. Further more, she will provide a second battery to allow us go further. I was puzzled; do I need to travel very far? After traveling a distance of approx. 500m, the battery started to weaken and the green light turned to amber. We stopped for a while to check on the connection and wondered if we should return the bike and request for an exchange. A few minutes later, the light was green again and we continued our journey to the tunnel. Along the way, the battery weakened a number of times and we made several halts. It was then that I realised the battery they provided was a very old battery with limited capacity, and the second battery was connected to charge the first one which has little remaining capacity, similar to an old hand phone or car battery which requires constant recharging with all unnecessary application turned off. When we arrived at the other end of the tunnel, the battery went dead and we couldn't start even after waiting for 5 minutes. We had no choice but to pedal the way we came from. Half-way in the tunnel, double whammy strikes, the rear Tyre punctured and we got down to push the bike for about a kilometer to the shop. Upon reaching the shop, I was expecting some apologies and a quick exchange to a better bike, however, there wasn't any apologies at all, the staff claimed that the tyre puncture was an act of God, which I agreed, but his tyres were also badly worn out and need replacement which he didn't mentioned. I asked him to explained his battery, he claimed that there's nothing wrong, he turned turned the knob and it was green. I told him after a few hundred meters it will be dead again and his reply was that I shouldn't ride continuous and that all electric bikes are like that, and there was nothing wrong with his bike and no need to change; it was me who didn't know how to ride his bike. I demanded a refund which he flatly rejected and got another young man to join in to confront me. I refused to relent and stood firm, waiting for an escalation to physical violent. The owner eventually agreed on a partial refund and my family left with a sour taste in our mouth and started walking out to the main road which took us 20 minutes. This is truly a ' 黑店 ', do not rent from them and never let your taxi driver bring you to this location which is isolated or you'll be at their mercy.

Excellent 4 seater bike great battery lasted 5 hours no problem. The taxi from the station was 200ntd. Many taxis wanted 300 way to much it's not far.

Good bicycle quality. Went for a 20km cycle with it, not much of a trouble.

Such a fun excursion! We've gone once as a family and once with adult friends. Single person electric bikes are between 350-450 to rent. I'm not sure of all the other prices but they have non electric and also tandem (with and without electric) bikes. There is some parking nearby. Good service also--my husband's bike got a flat tire on the path and we called the number on the basket and they sent a van with a replacement bike within 10 minutes. Recommend!
