★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a magical place! We took the long, winding, and sometimes narrow road to this paradise village to find beautiful, lush landscapes of hundreds of flowers and foliage. The views and scents were breathtaking! Take the well manicured paths around the village to see everything including the carousel, shops, cafes; and make sure to press the red button for a refreshing lavender mist! Wish they sold memorabilia in the shops like tea sets, coffee mugs, candles, magnets, etc. We'll visit again when the lavender is blooming in the spring. Love this destination!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on April. Luckily it was the time for hydrangea flowers to bloom, so we could see a lot of beautiful hydrangeas ?
Aside from flower viewing, inside, there is restaurant, a dessert store, and souvenir store as well.
The entrance ticket was 150ntd. The ticket was in the shape of coin. And we can exchange it for 100ntd discount if you want to buy some souvenirs or maybe ice cream there. Or you can just keep the coin as souvenir.
Too bad I was fasting at that time so I didn't try their ice cream. However, my friends tried their rose ice cream and lavender ice cream.
Rose ice cream is edible, but lavender... it was not recommended (from my friend's opinion)
However, they sell fruit popsicles as well, it was better than the rose and lavender ice cream (again, from my friend's opinion ?)

I feel relaxed in Lavender Cottage. Write down a post card and send it to your friends or family to express your feelings towards them. Hope you guys come here and enjoy the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pleasant garden scenery in Taichung. Comfortable environment throughout the tour. The restaurant and the coffeeshop experience were also amazing. The staff are well trained and friendly to kids. Definitely worth the trip up the mountain each season.
