Lavita is a cozy restaurant that specializes in Italian cuisine. My wife found this place while looking for a place to dine with dog. You can bring your pets along as long as they behave. Once in a while, you might see the owner's dog, Mizhang, a teelve-year-old shetland sheepdog who loves to eat and play. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who wants to taste authentic Italian without too much chemical additives. What surprised me the most is their food actually tastes amazing without a lot of additives. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Taoyuan. Parking is a bit far away, but it's always worth the stroll to eat here. The best place to park nearby is the public swimming pool, because there is a small alleyway that connects you directly to the store. If you plan to visit on the weekend, definitely give them a call in advance, because there might not be a seat available. They are already pretty popular. Oh, and the main reason I don't have any photos is before I could take any photos, we already ate everything.

It’s amazing that there’s such a nice Italian restaurant in this area. The food we ordered was all freshly made and very delicious. The owner and attendant were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Food and service was five stars, but they are complacent about covid situation. No temperature taking, no sanitizing hands, waiter and cashier not wearing masks, cutlery is touched by all customers as they are collected at a central location and I heard a customer coughing without a mask as he was leaving the place.
