★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一早用熊貓叫大杯冰奶茶，送來的奶茶是臭酸的，喝一口直接嘔吐，非常噁心不舒服，希望店家能有賠償作為，畢竟我花了25元買了一杯不能喝的臭酸奶茶！
並且確實做好店內食物品質的維護，體驗非常差

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整間店的店員很明顯工作沒有默契，內外場手忙腳亂發號施令的人同時2-3個，又加上電話、外送的餐點，一早就不斷聽到抱怨、罵人、互相指責，整間店用餐氣氛讓人感覺很差。
熱蘋果茶非常難喝，完全稀釋過頭，鮪魚蛋餅沒吃到什麼鮪魚。

番茄海鮮義麵：110元，這樣的配料我已經不想吐槽了，是我不對竟然會在早餐店點義麵..
拉亞不同分店的精緻度仍有落差，食物份量不符價格，但宣傳圖片做的很美倒是真的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前常去，已經許久沒去了，今天特別過去，服務態度變很差，看到熟面孔，每次都會站在吧檯內招呼的一位女性，頭戴頭巾，到櫃檯點餐，他完全不理，說了第二次要點餐，他口氣極差，問桌號，我說忘了寫，坐最裡面那桌，一副不耐煩，算錢表情超不和悅，整個破壞了要用餐的心情，點了一份熱狗+薯球+蘿蔔糕加蛋+紅茶+濃湯共175元，餐點如圖，只差沒拍到紅茶跟濃湯，餐點水準我覺得沒以前好吃～有可能心情影響了口感??
