★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place. Found it after a post on Facebook, thought we’d give it a try. Lovely building and internal decor is of an exceptional standard. Staff very attentive, menu offered enough choices without having a long list to choose from. The burgers we had were amazing and full of flavour. We would definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new restaurant in the Jingcheng neighborhood, the ambience is cozy and homey, food is delicious and service very attentive. The owner is a real nice guy and the chef is very talented. I loved the Moroccan style baked chicken and the Spicy Satan beef burger is probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while!
Highly recommended to food lovers and also would love to try their pastas and risotto next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Rouge is one of my favorite restaurants in Taiwan!! The burgers picture are a Apple and Pear chutney burger and the Smoking Gun. These two burger are absolutely amazing with unique flavors you can’t find anywhere else. Their fried mozzarella is the best in all of Taiwan!! Tonight I had their fish and chips for the first and it was also fantastic! The service is always very friendly and welcoming with staff that speaks English. The owner/chef is great and makes almost everything in house including the chutney. The restaurant itself is really nice inside and out. The prices are a little higher for Taiwan but the quality more than warrants the slightly higher price.

After seeing a quick photo of the food on Facebook we thought we would give it a try. We were impressed from start to finish. Staff were amazing and very attentive.
The food was presented well and the flavor certainly did not disappoint. The highlight was the smoking gun burger. The smoked taste and smell was unreal. Quality of ingredients was brilliant.
We will certainly be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into this place because of the charms but have to say that the food outshone even the handsome red brick façade. The beef in the burger was smoky & juicy and fries crispy. The bone-In pork chop accented with caramelized apple chutney & whole gloves of oven roasted garlics was perfectly grilled to seal the moisture & flavor in, so tender, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great service to boot! The menu is quite extensive but I know I shall return whenever I have a craving for good burger & fries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it’s nice French euro style atmosphere. Kinda cozy but I wish it was more cozier. Food was fairly good. Burgers I would say were good but not anything super special. Smoked burger is popular because it’s kinda gimmick where they smoke the whole thing in glass jar with incense or match stick. personally hate that kinda thing since it smells like smokey temple or cigarette smoke in a bar. I would get the other burgers over the smoked one. I got gorgonzola cheese burger. I think next time I will skip the burgers and do other main dishes or steak options.
Pasta was good but a little too oily (Taiwanese seem to like things more oily side).
Appetizers were good.
