上面是一年前的留言。
今天看到業主的回覆想說點進來看一下其它人的評價如何，好評基本上不用看，看了一下壞評，
顧客自己買了不能安裝給壞評。
顧客覺得越來越貴給壞評。
在別的店買後來過了保固期壞了也來這間給壞評。
真心覺得業主對這些給壞評的回覆真的是很客氣而且很有氣度。
服務業真的好辛苦。

Customers who bought it themselves cannot install it for bad reviews.
Customers feel more and more expensive and give bad reviews.
I bought it in another store and it broke after the warranty period.
I really feel that the owner's reply to these bad reviews is really polite and generous.
The service industry is really hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在台中的綠能基地裝led大小燈,大概使用10個月燒掉，但台中的門店卻已歇業，詢問後客服回應因台中店長個人因素所以歇業？加上大燈保固半年，所以該店家的商品一過保固就壞掉真棒?當初因連鎖且價格比其他家貴一點，但相信貴有貴的價值，但如今一過保就壞掉且台中無門市能維修，呵呵呵⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去買一組9006LED玻璃魚眼燈泡 裡面有付一張黃色的貼紙 於是請店員貼上 現場自己裝好才發現亮度很底 詢問店員 店員才說大燈內遮光罩要拆除 我心裡想換個大燈泡還要自己分解大燈玻璃拆遮光罩 那直接改行去改大燈就好 問店員是否可以退換貨 店員回應黃色貼紙已貼上去了 不能退換貨 今天購買時店員未告知大燈是否有遮光罩 如果有會導致不亮 感覺很差 買一組垃圾回家
