居然可以在高雄的巷弄吃到在台北高級裡才有這麼好的原物料的甜點~這檸檬塔裡的卡士達醬甜度與檸檬的比例完美到可以再兩三個也沒有罪惡感,吃得出來用的糖也很不一般,不會讓人昏沉,是很沉浸在味蕾的享受,重點是價格也太親民了!

難得家裡附近有法式甜點店,必須踩點支持一下。 店面隱身在巷子,前院有戶外用餐區,內部也有內用空間。本次購買法式草莓塔與白醬的鹹派,使用 Line Pay 結帳。 法式草莓塔的奶油清爽不膩且特別,不太像一般鮮奶油的奶香味,有另外的甜味,很好吃,且下方餅乾塔體有焦香味,但沒有真的焦,好吃。 白醬鹹派的好吃又與草莓塔不同,酥皮(餅皮?)部分與白醬內餡口味偏鹹但不過度強調,口感很Gentle,和原本想像中鹹派比較偏正餐的調味相比是另一種想像。 從進到店內到結帳離開,都陸續有客人來購買,希望可以一直開下去。

生吐司真的非常綿密,即使第三天吃也不失口感,草莓千層酥一上車就被秒殺,真是太好了,不能出國,在高雄耶能夠享受道地的法式甜點。

不知道離家這麼近 網路看到 買了十勝舒芙蕾蛋糕 真的很軟綿密 入口即化 很特別的口感 有驚艷到 檸檬塔 內餡不會太甜 但酸度可以再多一點 餅皮算脆 不然軟掉 下次再嘗試其他品項

一直是我的口袋名單,我點了可頌跟草莓芙蓮,我第一次吃到這麼蓬鬆軟感的可頌,是我會喜歡的,品項有點少,所以我選了芙蓮,也不錯吃,如果有飲品的話,內用應該會是個不錯的好選擇?
