週慶購買商品達3000,也沒提到有媽媽禮或是滿額禮,所以什麼都沒換到,當天購買有要求我們手機加入會員卻未提及活動,過幾天打電話去問,店員就說是我們自己問題,我們自己沒有說要換媽媽禮也沒有說要參加滿額禮....又說我們沒帶手冊媽媽也不在現場?當下如果告知活動,孕婦媽媽本人就過去了,媽媽手冊也都在好嘛! 原來到門市消費必需自己先了解活動,店員不會主動告知,也不會推廣客人一次購足可以參加活動。應該是生意太好不差我們這種買太少的..反觀小港麗嬰房的服務員活動介紹非常清楚!真是令人生氣的購物經驗!不會再到貴店消費

在櫃外看到有優惠組合的立牌,本來要換媽媽禮順便用首購優惠看有什麼可以購買的,進去就大致上逛逛,覺得嬰兒用品很像沒有想像的多,但是沒關係還是看一下自己還缺什麼要買。過程中一位櫃姐一直講電話、另外一位服務態度和口吻讓人不想親近,看到後來真不知道要買什麼,就問了一下櫃姐。 我不清楚百貨的櫃姐是有在教育訓練嗎? 怎麼顧客詢問時,櫃姐的回答會讓人這麼不舒服,愛介紹不介紹的、也不會積極詢問對哪個產品感興趣或是想了解的。 如果覺得顧客可能不會買就這樣的服務品質,我想我以後不會來這裡購買任何東西。 當下的我連媽媽禮都不想換就直接跟老公走人 第一次進來麗嬰房就有這麼差的感覺真是糟糕 同一層這麼多賣孕婦嬰兒,你們這樣的服務是要跟誰比?

以前總覺得在百貨公司買比婦幼展比較划不來,但好幾次遇到不會使用推車的問題,都會回來諮詢夢時代麗嬰房,小姐也都會立即性回覆以及解決我的問題,所以其實覺得在這裡購買蠻值得的... 服務態度不錯(個人不愛店員緊迫盯人),售後服務更讚... ps.不過我好像首購也沒拿到媽媽禮?
