The price is waaaay too high for what you get. Limited selection.
The staff are really nice. The location is poor but parking is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service… came out from this place so disappointed. The waitress can’t do they job, ordering things it takes forever. They don’t even know what they have, and lot of things are not able to serve, even just to have some water we had to ask then to serve… but still everything takes 4ever to be on the table. Plus some wine we order when the waitress herself when she bring it she said the price down on the menu is different than the price now! They haven’t update they menu yet!
And most unliked part it’s when we want waitress we can’t find them, went down all the way from 2nd floor, and still can’t find anyone. For the main course dishes we were only able to choose between few meals, cause lot of them were not able to have! They said it’s out of stock.
Poor service! Poor management for managing they staff!
We paid 14k for this unhappy experience!
Highly not recommended!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Comparing the reviews from 3 years ago and more recently, quite clearly something has gone wrong. I don’t mind waiting an hour for good food, but when my special arrived it was lukewarm and tasteless. Even my pizza monster daughter only had one slice of her meal. The service was very lackluster and the ambiance just wasn’t there. The owner was the only one being attentive and passionate, and it’s for this reason I’ve given this place two stars instead of one. Tainan needs more quality European style restaurants, unfortunately this isn’t one of them.
