★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保固內維修期久而一味放任… 明明是在台灣維修 又不是送回原廠 櫃檯人員如果覺得跟顧客說 ”不好意思~已送維修一個多月但還沒回來, 之前也有客人等了 2-3 個月” 是一件無所謂的事, 顧客也只能默默忍受。
建議賣方換個維修配合單位, 因售後保固服務的表現嚴重影響未來購買意願。又或者提醒顧客買的時候該多加測試，以免開心買了希望日常使用的包，但半年保固期間, 它多數時間在等待維修….
The maintenance period within the warranty is long and blindly laissez-faire... It is obviously repaired in Taiwan and not sent back to the original factory. If the counter staff thinks to tell the customer "I'm sorry~ It has been sent for repair for more than a month but it has not come back, and there are customers who have waited for 2-3 before. Month" is an indifferent thing, and customers can only endure it silently.
It is recommended that the seller change the maintenance cooperation unit, because the performance of the after-sales warranty service will seriously affect the willingness to purchase in the future. Or remind customers to test more when buying, so as not to happily buy a bag that they hope to use daily, but during the half-year warranty, it is waiting for maintenance most of the time….
