買了付款了,態度就會180度完全不同。店長同意可以改換別件,也建議過一陣子會有新款比較可以挑到合適的,也說有新貨到會提醒過來試穿,結果根本說跟做是兩回事,什麼電話跟line完全沒有。今天過來換款式,愛理不理,給我兩件試穿就要我買單,一付就這兩件給我挑,懶得再服務我了這樣。後來褲子改短也說大概半小時,好了會電話通知,結果快一個小時半什麼都沒有,自行去櫃內才說剛在忙什麼的。。。真是無言? 大品牌這樣的服務真的是。。。

一開始去店內試穿,店員態度不錯,後因店內沒有我要的款式,決定上官網購買,店員也承諾幫忙改腰圍,還叫我在訂單上填推薦的店員(楊舒X跟一名不知道叫什麼的女店長),我也照填了現在超級後悔,還不知道哪裡可以收回推薦。事後買完帶著褲子想去改腰圍,店員卻改口說這樣不改鬆鬆的比較好看(我黑人問號,一開始熱心說要幫改的、這樣我腰後才不會空空的不也是你們嗎??)有夠敷衍!我看根本是怕麻煩ㄏㄏ 另外我還在官網買到瑕疵褲子,由於穿出門才發現也不能退換,問了客服只叫我去櫃上問能不能改,櫃上也說不行,還說我當初應該好好檢查......拜託!誰會預期一條定價2690的褲子有那種瑕疵?我今天是買了什麼路邊攤嗎?而且那個瑕疵不穿上身活動一下也很難發現,然後店員第一眼還想否認那是瑕疵,幸好我包了另一色是正常的直接穿給她看,真的是無言到不行。 我根本是花了五千塊當盤子又被當皮球踢,是我太蠢,不該在台灣買levi’s,售價貴又服務差,應該說根本「零」售後服務,難怪網路上一堆人寧可找代購,至少比較便宜= =

本文評論僅針對服務方面進行"主觀"評論 去年的12/31晚上來到這家店挑選牛仔褲,本想慢慢逛,但女店員突然跑出來,以強勢的口吻問要選哪一款,由於禁不起店員的拷問,我選擇了其中一款高腰寬褲進行試穿,當下也明確的告知其腰圍(32吋),她拿了店裡最大的尺寸29吋給我試穿,在試穿的過程中由於我的臀圍緣故,無法扣起褲子的釦子 因此知道自己不適合這項產品。試衣過程中店員都在試衣間外用半家店舖都聽得到的聲音,問穿不穿得下,問了2-3次。最後只能在試衣間內表明自己穿不下。 從小胖到大的我遇過很多針對身材不友善的話語,本以為在服飾店衣服穿不下就摸摸鼻子不要買就好,這也是人生中第一次遇到會在試衣間外面大聲詢問客人的店員,既驚訝也覺得被羞辱。 這件事情已告知南西店的客服,後續樓管也有致電表達歉意。但這讓我思考,如果不將這件事做評論的話,是否以後跟我有同樣身材問題的人也會遭到這樣的羞辱?以及服務人員的素質是否與品牌匹配?如果品牌的走向是為XS~L的客人服務的話,建議以後店面可以先貼上XL以上的女性禁止進入,這樣可以減少遇到像我這種會客訴又肥宅的奧客。
