天才員工洗衣機疑似賣展示機完全沒告知,一直說活動促銷才便宜這麼多,緩降上蓋做動不正常,且明明是新機刮痕卻不正常的多,有對比看機當下拍的照片,那些刮痕、貼紙痕跡位置都差不多,只可惜忘記拍側面機器號碼貼紙
送來的當下我在外面看就覺得拆機過程不正常了,印象中該有的貼紙封條沒看到,以為LG改包裝就沒細問,但事後上網爬文詢問有購買的網友發覺真的非常奇怪就去詢問店家,但當下顧店的女店員(應該是吧)的表現態度就是我想太多,那是正常新品
最後乾脆去電原廠客服,連LG客服聽了都覺得要處理了,至少上蓋部分是有問題的,但該名女店員一直說都正常是顧客的問題
換打老闆手機通過電話後,該名員工打來還是一直質疑我電話是不是打錯是不是說謊根本沒打客服,官網的電話能寫錯我看LG也不用賣了,且電話都有通聯記錄需要我都能提供,這名質疑我的女員工態度真的夠棒?
也讓我漸漸覺得不應該為我第一次打到店裡電話的不好語氣道歉的
事後該名女員工應該有發現的確是賣展示機,電話語氣能聽的出來
幾次打來慌亂的解釋與順便質疑我是不是說謊沒打客服有點透漏此種感覺,對於我質疑的部分只會跳針這是正常新品,但如果真是如此也代表刻意隱瞞欺騙想趕快了結此事,那這心態真的爛
最後直接找老闆終於解決
原本選的賣完,老闆也認真處理送另一個稍微貴些的型號來替換
請到這種員工真的有夠慘
購買當下誠實告知還能考慮,雖然便宜但被欺騙以為是賣全新品那感受真的非常不好,
已經去到店裡也詢問給你機會了還裝死不認把顧客當白癡,該名員工工作態度我可不敢苟同
寧願付原價給我新品還比較爽快
有什麼便說什麼,員工闖禍做哪些事講哪些話我照實寫出來,但年輕老闆積極處理的態度我也照實寫出來,盡量平鋪直述減少誇大疑慮

The genius employee’s washing machine was suspected of selling display machines without telling them. He kept saying that the promotion was so much cheaper. The slow-down cover did not work properly, and it was obviously the new machine that had scratches, but there were many abnormalities. The scratches and sticker marks are almost the same, but unfortunately forgot to take the machine number sticker on the side
When I sent it, I felt that the disassembly process was abnormal when I looked outside. I didn’t see the stickers and seals that should have been in my impression. I thought that LG changed the packaging and didn’t ask about it. However, afterwards, I crawled on the Internet and asked netizens who bought it. It’s very strange to ask the store, but the attitude of the female clerk at the moment (it should be) is that I think too much, that’s a normal new product
Finally, I simply went to the original customer service. Even LG customer service felt that it had to be dealt with. At least the upper cover was faulty, but the female clerk always said that it was normal and the customer’s problem.
After switching to the boss’s mobile phone, the employee still questioned whether I made the wrong phone call or lied and didn’t call customer service at all. The phone number on the official website could be wrong. I don’t need to sell it, and the phone has contact records. I can provide everything if I need it. The attitude of this female employee who questioned me is really good?
It also made me feel that I shouldn’t apologize for the bad tone when I first called the store.

I just say what I have, what the employees do and say what they do in trouble, I write it truthfully, but I also write it down based on the positive attitude of the young boss, and try to explain it as flat as possible to reduce exaggerated doubts.
